If you can make me laugh by throwing me a sideways glance without speaking or entice me with an observation -- WELL on your way to my *** work a great deal (for people I respect), like to travel, but not ever going to agree to being too planned with anything [cruise ships are out]... want to wake up when it feels good -- go where want to go, and come back on our time. No rush, no crowds, no pressure... sports, NPR, music in background while I cook. Competitive, but ULTRA feminine, like to workout (at home not too formal w/this, don't want to have to hear others grunt or have them hear me... gross, like my sweat and maybe yours but not a strangers.. get a personal gym.), swim, float in the sea, snorkel, soak in the sun, tennis, bowl, hike.... or be taught something new.... Love to Snorkel in the River.. seeing flowers that grow on the bottom and love when the river parts... Comal fav -- Just don't tie coolers to my tube. I don't weigh enough.......Important: do not want to have to talk or constantly engage when with someone (capable, but reminds of work wherein I must engage w/many, as long as I am there...), prefer just to listen, because i am good at it, if you're quick enough. Not afraid to have dead silence, while I observe, take in the sites/feel, my private time... And if that intimidates you -- We won't enjoy it.I was married for a very long time, 25 plus years. Traditional, yet learning to attend things unescorted and pursue own interests. However, truth be known, I prefer to be escorted... a little old fashioned, Southern and enjoy company, sharing, advice and touch.I yearn to be with a man, who is a man -- and not afraid to be ***dynamic, leader of his family, spiritually and otherwise. Someone articulate, strong willed, has stamina and can simply enlighten and engage me between the minutiae... ;) ! I am intuitive, have manners and enjoy making others happy and comfortable. hi you!i enjoy many things always depending on the time or weather.. spending time in my garden, (nature is kinda kewl eh) visiting friends or having them over, for conversation, the laughter shared amongst us all with some cold beverages good food, can't go wrong there ... i enjoy reading most anything, just lounging at times and watching a movie that i've been anticipating to see.. and many more things compose me..i would like to move into the phase that would not hinder me, but allow me (us) to grow in the direction that would bring some of the highest of high's so that i can say, " there was a reason as to why shyt hit the fan, oh hell now I see why it was all well worth it".. okay, delusional?, maybe... highly unlikely though lolmusic is an integral part of my existence, love most of it for sure, the blues, jazz, classical, reggae, alternative, there's also a place for the head banging stuff as well, heavy metal of course, but i tend to favor classic rock from all the bands that most of us here grew up with... whatever works..

This is definitely the hardest part of this process because speaking about myself does not come easy. I am looking to find someone to share my time and thoughts and dreams with so I guess that boils down to YES, I am looking for a long-term relationship. I have tried this process in the past with no success so I guess I am either a glutton for punishment or an eternal optimist. I am often described by people who know me well as having a sweet personality, giving, trustworthy, dry sense of humour, patient, and able to empathize almost to a fault. I am guilty of always putting others before myself. I have two teenagers but only one is at home so that leave me time to come and go. I am ready to give my love to that special man and receive it back. The man I seek also has to be trustworthy, honest and someone who is interested in spending time with me as I am with him. I eat healthy and go to the gym 3 times a week and feel that the female body (this female body) is a constant work in progress. I do have curves and hope they are all in the right places. :) I did have knee surgery last year so I am not running marathons or rollerblading but I do try to stay as active as possible. I am a true romantic at heart. I love to cuddle on the couch with a glass of wine in the evenings after a long day at work. Occasional dinners out are great but I prefer to stay in and cook and enjoy good company to watch tv or a movie. My favourite season is summer.....LOVE the hotter weather, sitting on the back patio with friends and a few drinks. I do love to venture out, people watch or strike up a conversation with new people, going down to the waterfront to enjoy what city has to offer or take in a concert of a new band. Although I haven't been able to travel much the past few years, I do love to visit new places or have a weekend getaway when time allows. I guess my music choices would be pretty standard.....Top 40's, Latin, Classical, R & B.I do ask that if you are interested in chatting to please have a picture. I have mine up and it's only fair.
