It doesn't matter where you come from or how much stuff you have, just that you're an overall good guy, have a variety of interests of your own, good friends and family that you care about, and can make me laugh. I'm looking for someone who has what they want in life...except for someone to share the good, the bad, and all the in between. Like me, you don't need someone to make you happy-you've figured that out at this point. Simply, you want someone to be happy with you. You are energetic, with a youthful attitude. You are active, but like quiet times too. You know how to balance your work and professional lives, and have time to give to the right person. I have a great job that I enjoy most of the time, which is pretty secure (as long as my students pass the test). I have a wonderful and supportive family and awesome friends who let me enjoy their kids since it never worked out to have my own. I own a small home in the city with a managable mortgage that is pretty much all my debt. I take care of most projects inside and out, so I'm not afraid to get dirty or break a nail-although I do enjoy relaxing with a good pedicure. Don't be fooled by the extra pounds...I am fit and healthy, both physically and emotionally. I deal with daily stresses with exercise, not with medication. I can dress up, but prefer to be comfy and casual. My interests include reading, walking/hiking, kayaking, swimming, gardening, scuba, and antiques. . I'm willing to do lots more when friends call-Seabreeze, the beach, a game, etc. I love simple things-a day at the beach or in my kayak with a book, carving pumpkins with friends, a good movie, decorating the Christmas tree.
