** UPDATE **Gosh, dating would be so much easier if I wasn't such a responsible Mom. I have no regrets what so ever! The hardest part is getting to know someone before we can do things all together. My personality is a required taste so to speak. I have a big heart, but don't always show it. I say whats on my mind at the time and don't necessarily sugar coat things. I bought my own home a several years ago, it was a foreclosure, so I did a lot of the work myself. My daughter and are are extremely happy with our lives, but it would be nice to have an addition to our family. My x has not been a part of my daughters life for a long time which is okay with both of us because we have each other. If you continue to look for the next best thing, then you might just miss out on the right one. 1st date should be simple and relaxing.

Depends on the person and their likes...I like all the regular stuff...going to dinner or cooking at home, easy to please when it comes to food, movies, concerts, bonfires, flea markets, thrift shops, auctions, (not a mall kind of person), walks on the beach, weekend get aways, gun shows, etc...As long as the company is good, I'm up for most things. I've met some great friends from online sites and in some unusual places...Autozone and a ceramic shop...lol
