I am very down to earth and looking for the same in a funny, artsy, funky, educated guy. I think I'm a bit off beat, maybe a bit eccentric. Ordinary mainstream stuff is a bit annoying to me. I like the dives, the one offs and the unique things in life. I am a foodie and love trying new restaurants and flavors. I wish I could save the world (or at least educate and pull everyone out of poverty) but it's too big, maybe just a soul here and there. I love my volunteer work in the city mentoring fifth grade girls and sticking with them through school so that most of them attend college. Maybe I can make a bit of a difference but I have found that you can only try to be a catalyst. The real difference has to be made by the subject himself. And the truth is, you just have to accept that you tried your best, which isn't always easy. My last big trips were Thailand and India just wish I could be a full-time nomad. I love seeing new places and cultures and learning new things.I need a quick wit and a sharp sense of humor. I find those things A-MAzing. I might have some of those qualities but only if you bring it out in me. I have to admit I feed off of a certain type of energy vibe. It's pretty intense when I find it. You have to be comfortable in your own skin. Be authentic.So I am looking for a fun partner who has class, finesse and style and is preferably tattoo-free. Hopefully you'll enjoy foreign and independent films, dining where there is a real chef with fresh ingredients, being in nature and just being generally spontaneous and free-spirited. Chemistry of course we've heard about ad nauseum, but I seem to either have *** for someone or I try to convince myself to give it time and it never really seems to happen. How sad really that our checklists just don't work. Pheromones...a small hex on us all. So I am a very passionate and sensual person and need the same. I love snuggling and finding my favorite little tasty morsel of you. I am extremely close with my family and friends and hope you also have a good support system. I won't be giving them up for anyone so if you don't know how to share it won't work out.I don't play games and don't appreciate someone who does the push/pull thing so I aim for a peaceful relationship without much drama. I hope to find someone to truly give my love to - someone that appreciates me the way I am and returns the same. I like to go for bike rides, boating (I was told that I’m a good first mate) love the ocean anytime of the year. There’s nothing more peaceful then just listen to the ocean and looking at the stars up above.I was in a motorcycle accident years ago and although I use to love to ride, that’s not a part of my life anymore. I enjoy doing home improvements I consider myself as a Jane of all trades, master of none lol. However I always get a huge sense of pride when I can say I did it myself. But I must say that I miss having someone to work and play with (or in my case make a mess with) I am honest, loving and far from perfect. I am a strong believer in communications. So if you are looking for someone that that has a big heart, giving and caring and you don't mind 2 small dogs and a daughter. I can't wait to meet you.
