I love to celebrate life, have fun, and be silly. I believe that looking good and staying fit is extremely important. Ultimately it is your inside that will truly shine though.....so it is important to be beautiful on the inside as well. I am actually one of the rare breeds who still has morals and values, and I am looking for someone with the same. I love a sense of humor, a man with an edge, an adventurous side, and intelligence. I want someone I can have fun with, laugh with, AND hold an intelligent conversation! Life is too short to be serious ALL the time, but you need to know how. At the risk of seeming shallow...I also need to clarify that I prefer taller men. My response to someone saying that I'm being ridiculous is that it is not mean, it's just a preference. To me it is like telling a man who likes thin girls to like the fat chick...she's really nice! It's just not going to happen. :-) I am first and foremost a mom. I have two amazing boys that are 19 and 16. They are at the age where they would rather be with friends than hang with mom though. Lol. I absolutely love children and would be more than happy helping someone raise their little ones or possibly adopting, but no more children are coming out of my body. I needed to put that out there because a lot of men are still looking to have children with someone and that can be a deal breaker. I commute every day. I didn't choose to do that, but it came with a promotion. I have a great job and I love what I do, so I don't mind the drive. I was a stay at home mom for many years (which helped shape my boys into the amazing young men they are) but now I am very fortunate to be where I am in my career. That being said...I am very busy, but not too busy to welcome love into my life. Just too busy to go out looking for it. :-) I like to meet for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the first date. If we like each other, then we can continue what we started....if its not what we were looking for...then we have not wasted too much of each others time.

I am a professional woman who enjoys life. I love my family and friends. I believe in giving back to the community, and I am involved in one charity that helps families that are struggling to make ends meet. I want to get involved next in a charity that helps abused/ abandoned animals: The Humane Society or a similar organization. I believe in constantly moving forward in life. Apathy, not so much. I love to eat out, to go see live bands,to go to the beach, to indulge occasionally in sweets, pastries, ice cream sundaes. That being said, I go to the gym a few times a week.
