I enjoy cooking and have been told I'm pretty good at it. I'm an animal lover and until recently always had a Bullmastiff by my side. I miss coming home to big, slobbery, dog kisses and hope to get another one soon ;). I own a quaint little house and have a job I love but I'm missing someone to share my time with. I wish you all luck, but there has to be a real connection for us, and part of that is that we are both in the same part of our lives. And for the older gentlemen, I have found lots that would be great to meet, but with my children still being at home, our lives are just too different. I am very active with my children, and I am sure you have done a great job raising yours...feel that we just would not mesh as its like back peddling for you, and not able to pack up and travel as most older gentlemen are able to.I like to take things slow getting to know someone before meeting them and words are like windows into a person...want to wake up and be excited to receive a message from you! And Flowers are always a great surprise...favorites are star gazer lillies! Depends on the other person's interests...spontaneous, fun, dancing, live music...wow me...would leave it up to the gentleman to choose, as long as public venue, I am game for MOST anything...lol

I've recently become slightly addicted to Discovery ID...Wicked Attraction, Deadly Women, Nightmare Next Door...lol...you get the picture...I have a thing for cops... I also love old episodes of I Love Lucy and Bewitched. I love to cook, and that's what you will find me doing, most evenings. The beach is one of my favorite places, especially at night. Crashing waves under a star filled sky is a religious experience....really...I'm not really sure what I'm looking for...but I guess most of us arent...until we find it. I just want to add something that I believe will save us both a bit of time...I am a huge lover of animals-domesticated and wild and I have a dog and three cats who are all very much a part of my family. If you do not like animals, I am not the one for you. If you are in any way unkind to animals, I am not the one for you.
