With so many choices it feels like speed dating. People come and go so quickly(myself included), but the grass isn't always greener on the other side; and it's hard to slow down and get to know people here. When you look harder, you realize that there may be endless profiles but very few people have real chemistry. I’ve learned that there are a lot of really great guys out there. Women whine all the time about the good guys being gone. It’s just not true. But just because there are two really good single people, doesn’t mean that they are right for each other. So, maybe I do believe in soul mates. Nah, that’s hogwash! I definitely believe in chemistry though. “Good” just isn’t good enough. There’s gotta be that spark that can turn into a flame. When there are so many good guys out there, maybe that’s a selfish thought to wait for that spark, IDK, but I’m in no hurry. The heart wants what the heart wants.However, distance is a big deal for me. It's too hard to have a successful relationship when you never get to see each other, and I'm not willing to torture myself like that :( And you've really gotta be able to keep up. Nothin' worse than looking back and thinking, "Now where the heck did he go? Did he get lost, hurt, distracted, give up? Was he trying to check out my butt and fell off his scooter? There's nothing worse than getting stuck at on a romantic carriage ride with someone you detest. You’ll run into someone you know. I’ll take my coffee with extra milk please. ;)

Ok it's roughly nine a.m. and I am writing a profile about myself for an online dating site called PLENTY OF FISH ....it's not to early for wine is it? I've been told (and yes more than once and with no bribing involved) that I'm a genuine person who has a good heart and an energy about them...that I'm passionate, compassionate and not afraid to share/show how I feel. People have also described me as being an easy person to talk to, be around and that I have a way of making people feel comfortable. Hopefully you'll take the time to decide this for yourself. So how would I describe myself ......more wine here : ) I think I naturally have a positive attitude and find it easy to have fun and appreciate "everyday" life, not just the bigger moments in it. I'm grateful for this since it seems as though there are a lot of people that struggle with this unfortunately. You'll never really hear me say "I'm bored" and it kind of drives me nuts when others say it. One of my favorite sayings is "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain." I love being playful and even a little goofy at times. I love kissing and being affectionate, white wine, listening to music, spending time outside and around the house, taking bike rides and of course spending time with my kids. What would you be like? Someone with a warm personality, a fun sense of humor and a energy about them as well. You're kind and caring and also find it easy to be affectionate. What would we be like? We'd have a strong physically attraction to each other. We're supportive, respectful and really admire each other. We love to flirt with each other and find it easy to do so. Together we would have an energy and passion that others would notice and often envy. We'd have our own space and some of our own interests, but never have to wonder how the other feels or thinks about "us". I really just want to meet a nice person who enjoys doing a variety of different things like I do, who knows what they want and how they feel. Someone who equally misses having someone to hang out with, run errands with and just lay on the couch together.
