About Me

Well, I really don't like talking about myself but here goes...I'm a sucker for romance and wear my heart on my sleeve. I know what I want out of life and from my partner. I have a huge heart and love people and animals. I love to laugh and must admit that it doesn't take much to get me giggling. I love a good sense of humor and have been told I have one as well. I am comfortable doing pretty much anything as long it is with someone I care about. The only thing I'm not up for is hanging out at the dear lease. Been there, done that. I have a special place in my heart for dogs, and know that my calling is with them. I just haven't found a way to make a career of being with dogs. Yet.......I love photography and almost always have my camera with me. (And spend time with that special someone, of course.) Another hobby is going to the shooting range. I am quite good, and have plans to get my CHL next month. I'm looking for a good Christian man who is willing to make his partner a priority. I am happy living a simple life, but do like to shop, get my nails done, and hit Starbucks several times a week. I love to get dressed up but can just as easily be comfy in jeans and a t-shirt and flip flops. My biggest desire is quality time, which is my love language, according to the book, The Five Love Languages. I am interested in a serious relationship only. Yes, I am aware that a friendship must form first :). I'm not into serial dating, flings, or one night stands. I'm not into the bar scene (once in a while is okay) but do enjoy the occasional wine bar or live music venue.I love kids, just never was blessed with my own. I was an awesome step mom to my ex's daughter for 15 years but she chose to cut ties when her dad and I divorced. It broke my heart but that was 2 years ago. Life goes on and now I'm drama free and I hope you are too. I'm really quite shy at first. Once I open up, sometimes it's hard for me to stop talking!**** Final note: I am very affectionate and love to cuddle :). I want to date someone who actually has TIME to date. I am big on communication and like to communicate with someone I am interested in regularly. That doesn't mean 26 times a day; I just like to let the person I'm interested in that I'm thinking about him. I have very high expectations for my partner, and I am kind of picky.     I like to listen to R&B but listen tojust bout anything! I use to throw elec. darts on a league. I like to go to beach,amusement parks, the park, long walks, watch movies, like to read!
