I know its a little cliche to say you hate talking about yourself, but truthfully it's the one thing I hate to do the most. I'd rather have someone get to know me in person rather than reading into what I have to say and making a *** way to describe me would be; I'm pretty laid back and easy going most of the time but I can also be very competitive. I would do pretty much anything for my family and friends, even fly clear across the country in the middle if winter when needed. I love my job, although it can keep me very busy through out the summer. Much like many other Vancouverites, I do enjoy being outside, hiking, skiing, going for a run and finding an open patio where I can meet up with friends in the summer. I am up for watching most sports but you may need to explain football to me I have never really understood that game. I'm ready and wanting to simplify and just start living. losing them has let me know what I do and don't want out of life.I don't want a one night stand or friends with benefits. I want someone who wants and is going to be around. My grandparents were married 72 years. . .I want to be that little old couple in the rocking chair. I have baggage relating to the loss of my siblings but if you're willing to help me carry mine I promise I'll help carry yours. I want someone who is open minded, knows what chivalry is and knows how to pay attention to their significant other, some one with goals and passions.I'm the one my friends call sweet, nice, I would do anything for you and if my friends need to talk I'm the one they come to oh and I'm a hopeless romantic! My sense of humor tends to run on the sarcastic side. . . I can be stubborn but rarely get mad. But I have no problem voicing my opinion. I seem to end up with weak men. . .it would be nice to find the opposite, someone who can handle me. I'm hoping to go back in the Spring to get my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.I've made some dumb choices in life, I choose to learn from those and move on.
