About Me

Who wants to have a mature relationship while acting immature?I love to goof around. I'm not looking to have kids so my motivation for having and staying in a relationship is good times with lots of laughter. I like sports-both playing and watching. I'm very honest and communicative and you won't have to wonder what I want or what I'm thinking. I like to challenge myself on this journey. I'm not perfect but I'm perfect for someone.I think a good fit for me is someone who thinks outside the box about life and relationships. I haven't lived the normal life people are taught they are supposed to want. I've been pretty independent since I was 12, but I have enjoyed when I've lived with a boyfriend. I won't bug you about when you want to do your own thing because I like to do mine at times. I work until 9 at night right now, so someone who doesn't go to bed early would be super cool.I've challenged myself to only buy used goods when possible. Obviously don't want to buy someone's used underwear! Ha ha. I'd like to become partners with someone who wants to buy local foods and biodegradable items and live a cleanish lifestyle. There's always room for a little cheating by having a beer or peanut butter cup.I just strive to be a good person. Doesn't always happen as I am a flawed character. I like who I am though.So in a nutshell:I am happy, funny, intelligent, honest, spiritual, culturally aware, loyal, helpful, generous. I love to laugh, joke around, play in waves, explore new places.I want good communication, someone who is intelligent and makes me laugh.I would love to write more, but honestly, nothing is better than seeing in person for yourself if you like/are attracted to a person and then getting to know them if it feels right. Farmer's markets are pretty cool to walk around while chatting. But hey, if you want to sit and get a pedicure with me, I wouldn't object!

    My story is a bit longer than you would ever care to read. Sort of like the book Moby**** I mean really...Nobody cares that much about whales. I think it wrecked the book and caused me to lose interest in the story altogether. I feel that you really only need the basics to understand the content and story line. I feel the same holds true here. The basics are all listed and going on and on with details is silly. It may cause some to lose interest in me as too much information can sometimes be a bad idea. It's best to learn some things as we go. Now there are situations where laying out every detail is probably a better idea than comparing yourself to a book about a giant whale on your dating profile but I'm never one to take the normal route with every day things. I guess I am looking for someone that appreciates this fact.

    I'll start off by saying that life is pretty damn good. I really can't complain about anything. I have a job that I love and a family that supports the crap out of me as I do of them. It's a small family but huge in many other ways like love, support and humor. I've pretty much reached all the goals I've set out to do so far in life. I have a great job that I enjoy but I enjoy my days off even more. I mean who doesn't??? I guess the only other goal in the somewhat near future is to retire lol. Either one suits me just fine. Of course I would love to get married and have a family of my own one day but I'm not going to settle just to get what everyone else has. I want what is right for me and I'm willing to wait for it. :o)I love to play softball, golf, anything out doors, fishing and sporting events are the best thing ever invented and is always a winner for a first date idea. Except for basketball...who cares about basketball? I'm one of those girls that if something comes up to where I get dirty...I'm fine with it. :o)One thing you should know about me is that I'm the girl that my guy friends like to hang with. Not for any other reason other than...I'm just good that way. I'm the one that gets asked to go to events *** their wives/girlfriends. You can think what you want of that...but you would be wrong. :o)I also have great girlfriends too you know... LOL.I'm looking for a tall good ole american guy who is athletic, sporty and loves the ocean and/or the country. If my man is handy and can fix all sorts of things, that's always a plus.     More active and into the outdoors and sports than tv and movies, don't mind the odd night on the couch in front of the fireplace. Pretty laid back, easy going, stress free.
