Favorite Music-I like all types but metal, hair bands and some country are my favorite. I enjoy nature and being outside. long walks, roller-blading, kayaking, white-water rafting, I like to be in or near the water. I like amusement parks, antiques and garage sales, coffee shops, regional market, live music venues, festivals, movies, horseback riding, camping and gardening. I enjoy the simple things in life like going for a ride in the country with some good music and the windows down and then going for ice cream or sitting on a dock watching the sunset. Sometimes I just like entertaining friends at home with a cookout. I try to eat healthy and therefore I cook quite a bit. I am continuing my education towards a Bachelors degree in Nursing. I have a black lab that is my closest companion, and I love our daily walks-(its good for both of us). I also enjoy volunteering as often as I can with various organizations. I just got my motorcycle license this past fall and hope to be riding before the end of the summer, as soon as I find a bike. I own my home and do a lot of DIY projects, I'd like to think I'm fairly handy and self-sufficient but by no means an expert. I am very independent and would choose to do things alone as opposed to being around people whose company I don't enjoy. I like people who know how to communicate and carry on a conversation but are comfortable enough with themselves to also have times of silence where we just enjoy being together. I would probably prefer a first meeting to be low-key like a coffee shop or park that allows for conversation. If we make a connection then we can go on a date but there's no point in one or both being obligated to sit through a long, awkward dinner with each other if you didn't hit it off to begin with.

First, I have to say that I am not 5'3", I am 5'3 & 1/2". When you are short that 1/2" makes a hugh difference. LOL. If there are any short men out there, you know what I'm talking about. LOL. So I am a heinz 57. LOL. I do like to dress up and go out every now and then though. I only go to the bars a few times a year. The bar scene is not really a place I would like to meet someone anyway. I am very laid back and easy going, fun, spunky, stubborn (but in a good way) and I love to laugh. I take one day at a time and make the best of it. I am very passionate about my friends and family. I love spending time with them and I am very loyal to them all. I enjoy meeting new people and trying new things. I would like to say that even though I don't have any children of my own, I absolutely LOVE them and welcome them into any relationship. I LOVE tatts and have 10 and working on my ***sleeve. Three are on my legs, 3 on my back, 3 on my arm and my eyebrows. The reason I put that in there is because I find people staring at them, wondering if they are drawn on or not. So there, now ya know. LOL. I am a very open person when it comes to things like that. I am looking for a fella who is funny, laid back, HONEST and easy going. Someone who can be serious but also has a wild side to him.
