Last but not least SLEEPY men or just simply a man to have no energy - WE WILL NOT BE A FIT! I am high energy, I love my down time too but I love to play. Only those who don't want to be clean, stay dirty; just as those who don't want to be forgiven, stay unforgiven. Nobody can forgive you, but yourself. Disown your thoughts. Thoughts are a lot like opinions, they don't matter. You could be thinking of something really evil or great, but know that thoughts are just a natural process. Like opinions, thoughts in your mind will always try to sway you a certain way. Thoughts should not dictate how you act or feel. Be yourself, your true self. Listen to your heart. Don't let the voice in your head be you. Never feel embarrassed or ashamed of who you are or what you love to do. Feelings of embarrassment and shame only serve to create lies and deception. Lying is taxing mentally and physically. Shed any hesitation of telling the truth. Be honest with yourself. Don't pretend to be happy when you're really sad. Just be. We're all human, we are allowed to feel. Don't close your heart to the world.Fear and anxiety are created in your mind. Don't try to fight it on the platform it was created on. Don't try to think or psyche it out. Stand up straight, chest out to the world, and let your body do the talking. A confident body posture conquers an unconfident mind. Trust yourself. Don't sell yourself short. How can you fly if you keep convincing yourself you don't have wings?Smile. Because why not? You're alive. Take a deep breath right now.     I am an outdoor lover who finds my happy place in the forest and inspiration by the ocean. I love mountain biking, climbing, trail running, crave camping and practice lots of yoga. I am a creative person who feels alive when I can engage in some sort of creative play. I tend to dabble in all kinds of artsy activities from knitting projects, drawing, leatherwork to pottery. I also love to grow things- (inside or outside- no matter where- but inside of my house is a bit of a jungle).I love to cook, but prefer to cook for friends and loved ones- that way they don't judge me because I always seem to try new recipes on them.
