I'm inherently happy! I like to run, read, and walk Golden Retrievers (ok really, I just love dogs). I am a fitness coordinator/instructor/personal trainer/youth basketball coordinator, and help people achieve their fitness goals by managing a few areas of a gym and personal train. My interests are diverse: I'm as content going out and hiking in the woods as I am sitting on the couch reading a book.
