I relocated to STL from NYC 2 years ago. I'm slowly getting settled and adjusting to STL, but I'll always be a New Yorker at heart (born & raised). This means knowing how to live like an adult, be financially responsible, etc. They should also be an animal lover, with morals and etiquette. It depends.
