I am a full time Mama and student studying Environmental Studies. I also work part time at my son's daycare, and I bartend ocassionally. I love children and elderly,and generally get along with anyone. I am very close with my family as well as my extended family.. I like to get together with them often. Tv is not a huge part of my life, but when I do watch it, I enjoy discovery, history channel, science channel, nat geo, or music videos on cmt or vh1. I enjoy outdoor activities, but my life can get kinda crazy busy at times, so I prefer relaxing activities.I am very interested in the concept of homesteading. The ability to provide for yourself while the turmoil of the world virtually swings past you... ahhhhh, relief! I am not your average girl. (I am sure you see that a lot) I like easy going music, no scream-o metal or gangsta rap. I am not sensitive, and I can be very blunt and honest to a fault. I am not afriad of bugs, bees, spiders or snakes, and I don't own a thousand pairs of shoes or purses. I can hold all the makeup I own in the palm of one hand. This can pose a small problem when it comes time to dress up for something.. Then I'm begging my girlfriends to help me "be a girl". I am not good around emotional people, (unless it's a kid.. then I'm fine)I am very understanding and open minded. I give great advise, and treat others how I would want to be treated. When it comes to my son, I am a ball of mush.My man should be kind, polite, and honest to everyone he meets. A sort of "would give you the shirt off your back" like me. He should NOT smoke (sorry, it's just SO gross.) Humor is a huge plus in my book. If you can make me laugh, you already have a head start. Please live relatively close by. ...And for god's sake, please have common sense, logic and reasoning abilities. A handy man is appreciated. I have a thing for green or blue eyes with dark hair, and perhaps uniforms. :)So we're clear, I'm not looking for a daddy for my son, and I am not comfortable with my child being around someone who may not be in his life on a steady basis, so there will be no "meet and win over the kid" in your immediate future. lol!! I would prefer to get to know you before a date, just to hang out as friends first and see where that gets us. If things progress, I am ok with that. I enjoy making new friends in a comfortable neutral environment..Something like a walk, coffee, window shopping or people watching...;What you thought you need" is a good description of my idea of a great day with someone you care for very much.

I'm trying this again for the second time . I'm a natural goofy person and I love to laugh .My friends would say I’m total sweet heart, an smartass, fiercely loyal and feisty, which comes from me being Italian. Like most Italians, I'm very family oriented; I have a 7 year old son who makes me laugh everyday. I am a medical assistant, and I do enjoy my job I'm laid back and calm and I love to have fun. I think its important to laugh everyday! I'm very silly but I know when to be serious. I like hanging out with both family and family. I can be a tomboy and get my hands dirty, go camping, head to car shows or live games. On the flip side I can get dressed up in heels and head out on the town for dinner. I am open to exploring and trying anything once in life.I like mostly rock music like nickelback, hinder,theory of a deadman but i will listen to mostly anything as long as its good. Movies, i attend to watch drama and action and few comedies, i dont like the "dumb comedies"I have 3 tattoos total (butterfly see pic, a Chinese symbol meaning angel and a cheetah), and plan on getting a few more but I don't plan on being covered by them A date that gives us time to talk and get to know each other but not the normal movie and dinner
