I like fun ways to exercise like sports, swimming, hiking, etc.I was a champion dancer for 18 years.Winter is my favorite time of year. 'The Forum' by Landmark changed my life. If you have time to take the course you should. It is an eye opening class and a really fun time. Nothing puts life in perspective quite like that.. For me at least.
