About Me

I am a very outgoing person, spontaneous and I like a new challenges in life. You can catch me outdoors and snow doesn't bother me. Football hockey and baseball are a norm for me. Attempting to learn how to golf! I like to go out on the weekends if I am not working both jobs, but I can also put on sweats and hang out too! I like to look nice but I am not afraid to get dirty. Who doesn't mind a little down time here and there. Family is a huge thing for me! I have a very close family!!!!Along with my friends! I wouldn't be the person I am today if I didn't have both! I love music!!! Always listening to something or trying to catch a concert.I also like to cook, I just wish I had more time someday a. Trying new foods is exciting or a new bottle of wine to share. Dinner is always a good first date but why not think outside of the box. Skydiving would be so much fun or a sporting event. Creativity is key

Laughter. Music. Community. Autumn leaves. Local coffee shops. Perspective. The St. Small towns. Really good books. Local bands. Libraries. Colors. Chrysanthemums. Activities: Swimming in lakes. Traveling. Playing piano. Clapping for sunsets. Yoga. Biking. Frisbee. Exploring. Being outside. Grilling. Hiking. Reading. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and having good conversations and laughing together. Investing in relationships is important and being part of community is valuable. My relationship with God and practicing faith, hope, and love is a defining part of who I am and will be significant to my relationship with a significant other. One of my favorite Scripture verses and one that I try, with God's help, to shape my life by comes from Deuteronomy: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself." -- it is easier written than practiced, and there is much room for grace :-)Learning is important to me, and I am excited for new experiences to shape the way I see things, live and work. I keep pretty busy, but I try to balance busyness with being present where I am. My job helps me practice this because I work with kids and families. The practice of being well within myself is important to me and I try to hold onto that, even when things are going awry :-) For the most part, I enjoy my work. Peace Like a River (Leif Enger). Sense & Sensibility (Jane Austen). What is the What (Dave Eggers). The Chronicles of Narnia (C.S.;; Sons. Monsters and Men. Jaymay. The Civil Wars. The Decemberists. The Brian Just Band. Trampled by Turtles. Josh Ritter. The Lumineers. Sigur Ros. Joao Gilberto. Oldies but Goodies.and the list goes on…

I am a single mom as well as a full-time student. I don't do the bar scene and don't have a ton of free time. But I would like to get to know someone and see what happens!! :) I am looking for a guy who I can't wait to talk to. A guy who makes my tummy flutter and my whole body feel warm. A guy who can make me feel flustered by just looking at me. Someone I feel safe with. Who adores me and my son. And someone who can laugh at themselves because life is too short to be taken so seriously! ;-P I have 7 tattoos and I definitely want more! (I think I want a cute pumpkin somewhere.. I am a Halloween baby!) I also have my nose and my tongue pierced along with my ears of course! My hair is long but I usually wear it up. I have actually grown it out and donated to locks of love three times now.My family goes to FMSC (feed my starving children) once a month. It's usually a good time and we are working to feed kids all around the world! Very cool! I love animals. We currently have a dog, a 3 legged cat (He had cancer), a snake, a turtle, 6 fish that are enormous (I had no idea 37 cent feeder fish could get bigger than the turtle!!), and two hermit crabs. The snake makes me a little nervous when getting him out but once I am holding him I'm good :) I can be quite shy. Or nervous. Or unsure. But once I am not anymore people seem to think I am pretty awesome! ;) I love to read and can easily find myself lost in a book.I am open-minded and nonjudgmental.. I expect the same from you. Dinner is so cliche.. Meet at a coffee house or a museum or sit outside and look at the stars.. somewhere you can talk without having to worry about, "Do I have something in my teeth?!" ;)And if you smell good.. all the better!!!!! :)

KNOCKERS! since i have your attention: i'm funny, super laid back, kinda like to go with the flow. getting back into painting. i listen to mostly rock, but love all kinds, almost. i can chug a beer in under 4 seconds. love to laugh. somebody who wanted to win me over just has to make me laugh, hard. i bet i could show a gross picture showing off the goods and have NO TEETH and get more hits than just normal, wholesome pictures. not my bag. slores have ruined chivalry. i need somebody to hang out with who doesnt suck, who will sit through my weird movies and not treat me like a RECREATIONAL HOLE. not that i'm not a total perv, just more selective than your looser variety. any hoot! so i thought i'd give this a shot for a little bit longer. before i get a cat. and dress it up like a person. take it for walks on a leash. feed it steak. fill the hole in my heart. anything pretty much but exploring like an abandoned warehouse would be kinda creepy, at least for a first date, bc that actually would be cool. not really used to how dating works anymore. maybe feed some ducks n shiz. tickle each others armpits. put on a puppet show.
