I am a people person. I love to laugh and have fun. I enjoy trying new things. I love animals of all kinds, in fact I am a lover of life! In my time I have owned a German Shepard, a Rotteweiller, a Chow mix, and a very sweet Pitt Bull mix. But currently I have no dogs, my landlord won't allow it. I like to play video games and pool, but I'm not a real drinker, in fact, I learned to play pool sober, so when I drink I cannot play as well. I like music of almost all kinds, but I favor rock. I like cars and sometimes fixing them (the tomboy in me). I also like to do a little gardening. I am a happy go lucky person who gets along with everyone. I am definitely an optimist, I can find the bright side to just about anything. I like a man who likes to laugh and have fun, and enjoy life, cuz its too short to be bothered with drama. I prefer a man that is taller than me, although I could make an exception for the right man.I do believe in God, although I don't have a particular religion, I am open to explore different beliefs.I try to learn something everyday, cuz as they say, 'the day you stop learning is the day you die.' So, what have I learned today? Or maybe, what have YOU learned today? LOLSomebody once told me: Have FUN....Don't take life too seriously, you won't get out alive. Besides, "There are no luggage racks on hearses" ...so forget about amassing materialistic things and enjoy NOW !And remember: "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride!"Now that is some words to live by!! Something informal. Keep it simple. A coffee date is fine, or maybe a drink. Whatever, sounds good for us both.

    A little about me...I'm 55 and the single parent of two grown children. I was so busy raising them and building my career that I really didn't take time out to date. Now that I'm an empty nester, I'm lookiing forward to moving on to the next stage in my life.
