Trying to find you is like putting together a million piece jigsaw puzzle. I haven't even found the straight edge pieces to connect the borders. I go to meetville just like I read the paper these days, read profiles as if to say what's new in the world of men. I will say at this point that all of these things is what I strive to be also. I am looking for a man that does not have a wall around him protecting him from what has hurt him in the past. It is important to me that you would at least share an interest in snow skiing...it is one of my primary passions. I have always been active in sports and the outdoors, and have been blessed with a healthy body. I watch what I eat, and must work out regularly, practice yoga, snow ski, fly-fish, kayak, raft, golf, water ski, or I don't feel well mentally, spiritually, and physically. I have snow skied and fly-fished since I was a kid, and have recently taken up kayaking, and white-water rafting. I find god in nature, not in a church. Yoga has become a daily practice and has developed into a spiritual practice as well. Constantly learning and am open to trying new things. I am still a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, and the Transparent Watercolor Society. Would be interested in meeting a man who loves the outdoors, but also enjoys the cultural side of life. I love all types of cuisines and especially like Thai. I am not much of a TV watcher, and am contemplating cancelling my cable. Please I am not attracted to beards, mustaches, or long hair - I like a clean cut and well groomed man.I have been reluctant to comment on a particular re-occurring phenomenon, i.e., where I meet someone for a ***hours in a coffee shop or restaurant and the next request for a date is a camping trip, a stay in a hotel, or an invite to your house; however, I feel I must clarify my position. While I realize there are women out there who will agree to this particular behavior, I WILL NOT no way. Don’t waste my time or yours. Hi- If you are taking the time to view my photos and profile, please be curtious and provide a recent photo of yourself also. It's difficult to "feel" a blank blue flat face. I'm at a time of my life where my career is intact and I'm ready for the things I've worked for and deserve. I enjoy trying new foods, live theater, all kinds of music, getting lost in your eyes, cooking, and snuggling up on the couch. Especially enjoy doing something I've never done before. How about making an memory? I have sky-dived, parasailed and zip lined. Can't bring myself to bungy jump. My favorite sport is snow skiing. I have my Advanced Open Water Certification for diving. Diving was a drug that got me hooked. I now started biking, coming along slow but I will work my way up there eventually. Got bit by the travel bug. Enjoy day trips and weekend getaways. Bucket List includes travelling the Med and then visiting The Valley of the Kings. Those places are more fantasy and not reaIity but fun to dream. Family and friends are important as they create a wonderful foundation to build upon. Life is precious and appreciated everyday for me. It's important to me to find something to laugh and smile about each day. Perhaps you can help. My partner should be a professional and financially secure man who understands that our time has come to enjoy this next phase of life. Like me, has no problem dressing up for special occassions, but would rather dress down as often as possible. Hopefully you like a woman who is independent and spirited.
