I live my practice of yoga and in my mind spend a definite time in a subtle space of reality but am also definitely a grounded individual. I teach yoga and meditation and work with the power of sacred sound and language. Exploring and forging deep connection between the body, mind, and spirit is really key to me. As such I really enjoy a physically active life on a daily basis, eating consciously (includes cooking, juicing, or raw foods almost always), meditation regularly and the mindfulness of feeling into each moment of your experience to really know yourself.
