Cooking is a natural talent I have but rarely use; it's no fun to cook for just yourself. I'm an introvert which doesn't mean I'm shy but does mean that down time isn't unproductive to me and that I'm attracted to extroverts. While I love spending time with friends, I'm also perfectly content at home for the evening. I'm looking to take my time getting to know someone and see where it goes. The couples I admire most have the best time just hanging out with each other. I want that. I prefer an activity that gives us an opportunity to talk and get to know each other. Drinks and/or dinner are good options, although not creative. I'd say maybe a hike but I have too much common sense to be alone in the woods with a strange guy. ;)
