OK so clearly we have both given up trying to meet people the usual way...that's why were here right? Read on....(but don't take every word seriously)I've been single just long enough to figure out what I'm looking for, but not long enough to settle for something that isn't fantastic! Doesn't seem like it should be too hard to find!?I have kids. Two of them. They’re young (9 & 6) and awesome, but get one drop of sugar in them and you’re dealing with a feeding-Gremlins-after-midnight situation. Do you have kids? That’s cool. I can work with that, but I’ll probably judge your parenting style and will constantly think in my head how superior my children are.On the plus side, my kids both have the same baby daddy, so if we get serious, there’s only one dude you have to engage in awkward interactions with.When I’m not building forts, I'm either at work, or trying to find something to do other than lay on the couch. I have some trust issues. I’ve been hurt. I’m sure you have, too, but we’re talking about me now. We’ll do that a lot. I’ll overthink and question everything to the point it drives me mad until I feel comfortable trusting you.There’s a few positives about me that help outweigh all the crazy, but I’ll let you figure those out on your own, that’s the fun part, the getting to know each other. I mean, finding out someone you’re interested in was once awarded a Best Ass trophy is a way better surprise than anything I wrote about here. Not sure what to write here that you haven't read a million times in every profile you look at! Like everyone I guess I want someone to spend some quality time with. That being said I don't rush into things.....which is why I have "wants to date but nothing serious" selected. That isn't to say that I don't want serious, it just means I like to ease into things! It also doesn't mean I am looking for random hookups and three/foursomes so please stop messaging me if that's what you are after!!!! If your first message to me is crude and sexual ie: "hi do you like oral" I won't be replying. If that's the first and only thing you want to know about me we aren't a good match.I have worked hard to be sucessful for myself and have independence. I don't like secrets and I think if there is trust then you don't need to have tabs on each other every second of every day! I do love the "I'm just thinking of you" text throughout the day though :) Let's put it this way......If you have ever gone for "a beer" after work and then ended up making a drunk phone call at 3am for a ride home I'm your girl......I will come get you no questions asked and not even mad!!!! I will never be the old "ball and chain" and I won't date someone who wants to be mine!Things I love include:My family, my animals, my amazing friends, playing hockey, riding horses, laughing, sarcasm, outdoors, pubs.......I'm sure you get the idea!!Things I hate include:Lies, Negativity, Clingy people, snobs, those Chinese dragons you see in parades, being late.Not sure that anything I write here will set me apart from the rest.
