If you cant communicate or speak your feelings and be honest with me....then keep on steppin. Ive been through this too many times and it does nothing but drive me crazy when I have to wonder what is going on.If you stand girls up, dont look like your pics, or have just gotten out of a relationship, please dont even stop here! I am at the point in my life that I would like to find someone to spend time with and it possibly turn into more. So I need to meet someone with the same situation. I just cannot take meeting someone great to find out they really cannot handle what I want and need from them. With that said....I wont put up with jerks or guys trying to get in my pants. I like someone feisty that knows what he wants, and will joke around with me or even make fun of my ditzy way of talking sometimes. If you dont laugh on a regular basis, like I said before...dont even stop. Im not perfect and not looking for someone who thinks they are. I just want the one that is perfect for me. Somewhere out there, Ill find it. I do know a few things that I want....tattoos, tall, and not shy. These are musts for me. Also, Im not into rap or hip hop unless Im dancing in a club, so if you dress with shirts down to your knees, or sag to the same place then your not gonna find anything here. I guess I can tell you about myself. I have 2 kids and they are always with me except every other weekend. They are number one and always will be. Ok now for the other stuff...I LOVE music! Whether live or my MP3, Im on it! Without it, I couldnt survive! I like being outdoors most of the time, in the winter not so much! Im a fun person, or I like to think I am. I dont hang out with stuffy serious people at all. I need a friend first then see where it goes, and not "friend" in the sense Im sure some of you are thinking..... :) If the friendship turns into more then Im great with that, but lets give it a bit of time. Also if you have your main pic as you with your shirt off or flexing your "muscles" then dont even waste your time here Oh and....Im not big on going out. If I do go out for some drinks its usually a hole in the wall bar I can sit and chill, or play pool at. I just dont want someone that goes out alot, but Id like someone that will still go out when we decide to do that or drink at home with me on weekends...whichever it may be. The best date I ever had was a walk on the canal at night...SO, a walk downtown somewhere or something along those lines is a great idea and wonderful way to get to know someone.

My hobbies:Sadly, (lol) I must admit I love my job...most wonder why, but my co-workers are some of the best. I currently work for a restaurant and am quite passionate about making sure that our customers enjoy themselves and have some of the best food to make their day memorable. I love cooking...I spend quite a bit of my free time baking and trying new recipes. In fact, I am currently in the process of starting my own catering business. There is something so magical about cooking/baking for me that simply calms my nerves and makes me so very happy. My kitchen is my heaven on earth. I also am very family oriented and love spending time with my family and friends; they have seen me at my lowest points as well as my highest peaks and love me just the same; and for that I believe in reciprocation and showing them love, support, and attention. My nephew in particular is one of the most important things in my life; I have helped raise him since he was born and find such pleasure in watching him grow and learn everyday; makes me a proud “mama”. Another passion of mine is dancing; you can find me dancing just about anywhere…in my car, at home, in the shower (lol), out at a club, wherever; it gives me such joy to dance like no one’s watching. And let me tell you this girl knows how to cut some rug (lol); I am no professional but I would like to think I am pretty damn good. I love to travel, try new foods, experience new places; I love to explore. I hope to eventually set out on some real life adventures with someone special sometime soon. In general I love to just live life. I have recently regained my zest for life and have completed a pretty big overhaul from my former self. I have changed my diet, my attitude, and my overall viewpoint on life and couldn’t be happier. I have lost over 65lbs and love the skin and curves that are me. I go running (3mi) close to everyday and have become pretty conscientious about my diet. Running has been my new found love and I am not sure what I have done up to this point without it; it is simply amazing. To be out in nature, by yourself, headphones in ear just moving at a steady pace as you clear your mind and heart of any chaos is so powerful for me. It is one of the best discoveries I have ever made. I am also very passionate about continuing my journey on self-discovery and learning more about myself and my habits and how to continue to change things as I grow into the person I have always wanted to be. I can honestly say that I am, for the first time, so in love with myself and so proud of the person I have become through the many hardships I have experienced. My goals/aspirations:I am a recent college graduate with a bachelors degree in psychology. Since graduation I have been enjoying this time off from school and figuring out what my next steps will be in this direction. I am interested in bereavement counseling as well as working as a psych nurse; I enjoy a challenge and I think both options would provide that. And at this point I am letting fate take its course and lead me where it may. I want to have success and happiness in my life...and for me I think that will come with having my own family and prosperous career. My taste in music:Music is also one of my favorite things...although I am not a musician in any form I love singing in the car (or where ever) and listening to music...it has gotten me through good and bad times alike. I am pretty much into a little bit of everything.....but I definitely have an open-mind when it comes to music.What makes me Unique:Well, first I must let you know that I am without a doubt a hopeless romantic. I believe in soul mates, passionate kisses that cause you to feel like you are levitated, warm embraces, and love making that is simply the epitome of beauty. I don’t know how else to be other than myself, and for me that is someone who wears her heart proudly on her sleeve regardless of its tattered and torn appearance. i have been doing my share of soul searching since the beginning of the year and in particular since i have embarked on the journey of dating; And regardless of what reality or my “tough love” friends might tell me, I still believe that this exists. I believe in pure romance; I believe in passionate love making; I believe in the power of holding hands; I believe in sweet kisses; and I believe in embraces that could last forever. I know in my heart that there is an amazing person out there waiting for me just as I am waiting for them. In all honestly there are some painful moments when my patience wears thin and I wonder when and where. But I must keep faith that my heart and my soul is right to believe that all this mushy-gushy is out there; and that there is a man in existence that believes the same thing. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I feel that I am quite a catch. I possess a lot of attractive qualities such as a great sense of humor, an open-mind, I am a great cook (I love to cook for others), and I am into trying new foods and exploring new places. I love to travel, although I don't get to do it as much as I would like. I am a very caring and loving person, which is one of my attributes that I feel have and will continue to benefit through my future. I have not had the easiest life in the world, but I feel like I have handled my hardships well, and found great gains from tragic losses. I am very close with my family...they are my world. I spend a fair amount of time with them and would like who ever ends up with me to respect that part of me. There is definitely more to me than meets the eye…although I am not a size 2, I feel that I am beautiful in my own way. I am filled with love and laughter and I am just waiting to share that with someone special….so, if you are the one and would like to find out the rest of my story...please let me know. The first date would probably consist of a nice dinner filled w/ good food and conversation. I would like to maybe go on a walk afterwards to really learn about you and get to know you a bit more. The night would end...maybe w/ a kiss.
