I have gotten my hands dirty putting in a garden and renovating my bathroom with a few friends' help (and knowledge).Family is extremely important to me. Though they live far away, we talk on the phone a couple times a week. I am looking for someone with whom I can enjoy some common interests... Xc skiing, dog walking, cottaging, etc. I am always up for trying something new so would enjoy trying a new activity with a special someone. Ultimately I am looking for something long-term... someone who is family-oriented and comfortable with where they're at in life. I'm really looking more long term, in the hopes of finding someone that wishes to have a family or if you already have kids, that's awesome, too. Shhh! I love to read more than any other extra-curricular activity. I actually have three books on the go right now. Most books I tend to read are fiction (I prefer science-fiction firstly) but occasionally I'll find something of interest to me in the non-fiction section.) every once and awhile but I'm still learning to enjoy wine or other alcoholic drinks! lol It must be an acquired taste. Give me my cup o' tea, *** have a full- I work hard at my job, but I just LOVE what I do! I feel very blessed to be able to work for a wonderful company. I truly do wake up excited on Monday morning.Furthermore I love animals and would welcome your pets in our lives.Btw, if I didn't say "hi" after viewing your profile, it doesn't necessarily mean I'm not interested. I know how hard this economy is but still...* :( Lastly, I DO NOT speak French. English only* I would like the first day to be very casual and low key so there's less pressure.
