I struggled with what to write here...and it basically boils down to the fact that I am at a point where I am secure and happy in my own life, with me and all that my life brings to me...and I am looking for someone to share myself and my world with...and hope to share their world too....This poem by James Kavanugh explains best what love is, to me...To love is not to possess,To own or imprison,Nor to lose one's self in another.Love is to join and separate,To walk alone and together,To find a laughing freedomThat lonely isolation does not permit. It is finally to be ableTo be who we really areNo longer clinging in childish dependencyNor docilely living separate lives in silence,It is to be perfectly one's selfAnd perfectly joined in permanent commitmentTo another--and to one's inner self.If you would like to know more, ***=

I can be a fairly chatty person, but online I never know what so say so here it goes.... really I'm just here to meet new people , I'm not the kind of girl that's dying to get married( yes we do exist) I love to laugh and have funMy family and friends are everything to me.I hate sitting in one place too long unless it's a patio with a drink in handI love music of all kinds, but at heart will always be a rocker girl I've had to chance to travel some and would absolutely love to see more of the world... Not dinner..maybe drinks is a good place to start :)

Well hello! I'm a woman with a great sense of humour and an affinity for the simple pleasures in life. I love all the stuff that money just can't buy & I hope you do too. I cherish things like a good sunset, a nature trail, the sound of loons on the lake, the seasons changing, a good catchup with a good friend, "starting" a new book, laughing with my sister, new ideas, movie marathons, timeless music (I have some vinyl!), a tennis court, a good swim or a road-trip to no where in particular. These are the types of simpler pleasures that I value. Life's quieter moments are what re-energize me.) because it is the best of 2 worlds. It has all the fun city "stuff" like live comedy, live music, culture and career-- Cottage life and beach life (and everything that goes along with each of them) hold very special places in my heart. Cherished memories with more to come I hope!Travel ***if money was no factor, I'd do more of it! (I've done the backpack through Europe “thing” and loved it. I've done the all-inclusive “thing” and loved that too. Doesn't take much to take me away from it all.I was taught that life is what you make it. That "adventure" and life's great moments are often found in the simple things. And that the secret is to SLOW-DOWN and take it all in.I'm looking for a meeting of the minds, great chemistry, hilarious banter about things that maybe only WE find funny, and a deeper connection that lasts a lifetime. So with that in mind, let's just see where it goes, and have fun finding out!:) a Pub? a Stroll? a bit of both?
