Updated: So, I was talked in to setting this up a while ago and haven't been that great about responding to messages. No offense, I guess I just wasn't looking. After constant lecturing and nagging from friends and fam that I should probably try to date more, I am going to ATTEMPT to do a little better about being responsive on here. It's not that I'm anti-social or bitter and hate men, I just am busy. I won't deny it or sugar coat it. I don't have a lot of free time and it is an absolute must that anyone I meet understands that. I'm going to skip the over hyped description of myself and just save that for conversation. :) A few things you might want or need to know; I LOVE sports, more than most women who are just saying it for "cool points." Especially basketball. If you can talk sports with me and appreciate that I can talk them back, we will get along. I am a stickler for spelling/grammar. It may make me a nerd, but it's a fact. I like smart and funny guys. Someone who can challenge me mentally. I appreciate a sense of humor but the ability to be an adult. I take being a mom very seriously, I have a soft spot for good dads, they just seem to understand my priorities more. I work hard, live a fairly simple life, and try to be as laid back as possible and prefer the same in the company I keep. Anything else you need to know or want to tell me about you is up to you. :) Something unique that makes me want a 2nd date. :)

I'm a single mother of two who prefers to be outgoing and active but doesn't seem to do much more than work and spend time with my kids. If I wanteds to live my life in that manner I am quite capable of being the person who makes that call. I think a first date should be special and thought out because you have gotten to know me and want to put something quality into me. if I am into a person they will get my respect and appreciation and certainly be worth the investment of my thougts and quality effort. Its not that I don't drink I just think needing a couple drinks to ease up enough to open up is lame. A man needs to have a high self confidence and know what he wants out of life. I just simply find no value in getting to know the person you become after a few drinks until its on that level. I want to know the sober happy you.
