So I try to integrate "working out" into my daily life. I start the day with "Yo-latis" my own special blend of yoga & palates. When I'm alone I often crank up some Techno Dance Music (or anything with a strong beat) and dance with abandon,...true ABANDON!Love the great outdoors, it's the worlds largest gym! I enjoy running (as opposed to "walking") on the beach, cross country skiing, long challenging hikes,(and short ones as well), mountain biking (need a new bike) riding (need a new horse). Even gardening can provide a great workout. Being in nature restores my soul and brings me clarity.I should mention that among many other things I very much enjoy the physical aspects of a monogamous, committed, relationship. Developing such a relationship takes time spent together, coming to know each other on a truly meaningful level, and building a deep seated trust for one another.
