I am:ActivePlayfulDorkyHonestCreativeYou are:ActiveFunnyGenuineFaithfulRespectfulMy search is for a single/divorced, white male who takes care of himself by exercising and eating right most of the time. He has a nice smile and uses it all the time to express happiness or to laugh at my attempts at being funny. I have a full time job, but can retire in less than 3 years. I will then search for a position to where I can have more freedom to be creative or share my interest in nutrition or natural medicine. I want to learn how to do SUP (Stand up Paddle boarding) and when I get good at it, be able to do yoga on one :) without falling in the water! Have you tried it? I enjoy country dancing and country music the most, but also like a variety of other music. Reading is how I spend my quiet time and my way of getting away. I would like to travel more.C. I attend a non-denominational church most Sundays. I'm not perfect, but continue to try and do my best everyday! I try to treat others like I want I want to be treated and you do as well. We are meant to be in pairs, but it can't be forced to happen until the time is right....I have my friends and family which I am truly grateful for and cherish, but I hope to find someone who is my best friend and wants to share life's adventures with his best friend. PS. I have my mom's cat. She was unable to take care of him. He is 17. I hope you aren't allergic :) After our first meeting, I think a first date would be to go and do something we've never done before....something we've always wanted to do, but never have.

Hi, I never thought I'd be doing this, yet here I am! I really don't know how or what to write so I'll start by saying I love music, movies, reading, cooking, baking and getting together with friends and family. I've been described as a beautiful person inside and out, loyal, honest, trustworthy and down to earth. I am looking for the same qualities in someone to start out by dating and see where it could possibly go. Don't know how I did, lol, but if I caught your attention, I look forward to hearing from you :) Hmmm.....first date? I guess .dinner, someplace quiet where we could get to know each other.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I have been on this site off and on for the past couple of years and I don't think it's for me anymore. There are a few flirts here and there, an *** 'Hi', then it stops. It works both ways and I get that. I'm sure you have felt the same disappointment. It finally occurred to me that I am really very content and do not need to try to find someone using this venue. I have a great job - been here 32 years, and have made many life long friends. I have two great kids and an adorable grandson. At 55 years old I am starting to run! I am learning how to play the bagpipes, a goal that had been on my bucket list for far too long. I would like to learn to blow glass - I volunteer for SE MN small dog rescue and am planning for an event coming up in February. I am into eating organically grown fruits and vegetables and I eat very little processed foods. If it grows on a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, don't. WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING! I don't need to meet anyone! I have friends and family who love me - some even adore me! lol. Why do we think we need this BS? No one follows through or is interested in nourishing a new friendship so why do we bother? We continue to put ourselves in a position that often makes us feel expendable, useless and unworthy. Why do we do that? I know there are some genuinely nice guys out there who are not looking for the trophy girlfriend with big hooters. When I see a man ***years old that sets his criteria to ***, I cringe. Seriously? Women that age aren't interested in your kids, your paunch or your balding head and you better make sure Mr. Wiggly works non-stop. If if does, I applaud you! If not, what the hell are you thinking? Reality check please. Well, that's all for now! I'm going to mosey along and enjoy my wonderful life, a life that felt empty until I really started to count my blessings. I honestly wish you much success here. I thought I needed you but I really don't. Take care! A nice light meal is a good ice-breaker, maybe a beer or glass of wine. Meet for coffee and conversation.
