Where do you meet new people? I keep asking myself that question. I have been back in this area for seven years. This description section is difficult for me to write. I own my home, have wonderful friends, a good job and family nearby; however, I would enjoy meeting someone to share some good times. Even though I own several t.v.'s I rarely watch them except for an occasional movie......usually, I enjoy peace and quiet or music playing in the background. I like to be around positive people and those who enjoy being active. Dating at this time in my life, isn't exactly easy, but hey I am giving it a try. I like golf, playing and watching ball, hockey, football and yes, I love to cuddle on the couch watching a good movie.........I am not into one night stands so don't waste my time nor am I into glorifying the truth just to impress me. The truth comes out eventually. I do believe you have to start by dating and go from there. Please do not analyze. Take it one step at a time. Wow where to start, it is really hard to meet people now days so here I am, so to start with I enjoy Country Music.. Yes that,s right I said Country lol it,s not that bad give it a shot. I like the simple things in life a couple beer, and enjoying a fire in my yard, oh I do have a fire pit so it,s not like I go starting fires all over the place. I would enjoy cooking a meal with someone, you did not think I was going to do all the work did you? maybe hit a flea market or a garage sales see what treasures we can find. Or just some down time watching a movie curled up on the couch, see very simple no stress. I have two kids still at home and in school, and I kinda like them so ya they will be with me for a bit, and they are usually about with their friends so I believe that it is time for me to make new friends as well. Having kids does not stop me from wanting to meet someone and share my life with them. I am proud of what I have accomplished as a single Mom and have worked very hard for what we have, which is not a lot but we are happy most of the time lol. I had been married for 20 yrs and we are somewhat new to this area,meeting people has not been as easy as it use to be,things have really changed A LOT !!!, So it would be great to meet someone. And if you can play a guitar I will sing for you, Now I did not say I was any good all I said is that I could, I enjoy singing, In the shower doing dishes lol. I like a man who does not take themselves to seriously and is not frightened to laugh. Maybe a little silly at times, but can be supportive if needed. I don,t need someone to take care of myself or my kids I do that quite well myself thank you. I know I am not a 10 but my kids think that I am special and say that I,m pretty and ya I think that,s kinda cool.
