About Me
I'm actively seeking a live/work situation, but if in that process I meet my "soulmate," that would be awesome. But I know finding what I really want in a soulmate (and note, I'm good with staying alone until if/when I find that guy) can take some time. My primary goal right now is to live in a more rural-ish, healthy home (ideally an organic farm, or other healthy environment--non-smoking, etc). Live/work, which means I live there rent (and utility cost) free (I provide my own food), with possibly a small stipend depending on the terms (negotiable)...and in exchange, I work for you as a platonic "wife," personal/business assistant, secretary (excellent writing/editing skills, mucho speedy typist), home manager, personal health coach/counselor, etc. I'm also a visual artist, and love helping with home decor...web design, photography, anything where I'll be working with color and design. Just a multi-talented girlie ;-) So I have much to offer in this exchange.======== Seeking Soulmate =========I'm a LIBRA, not a Virgo, although I do have a strong Virgo influence. If you think astrology and the like is bunk and/or you're not open to actually learning, discovering the truth about that which you know-not (as opposed to just swallowing what some old book says), then hit the back button, please. Proper spelling and grammar am good ;-) Too much for me to ask? Then, babe, you're on the wrong page ;-)I know everyone says they're unique and all, but I really am :-) Look much younger than my age. On a physical level, I'm particularly drawn to kind of a mountain man look (although I'm open in that regard...any truly confident, not arrogant, intelligent guy is appealing). A well-kept mountain man, nice beard/moustache...writerly, artistic...who exercises and takes very good care of himself.Health-conscious (not optional***or more of these is part of his lifestyle: exercise, yoga, organic food, never eat junk food, etc ... Sorry, but I could not be happy with someone who wasn't also health-conscious and into exercise and taking care of their bod. You don't have to be perfect (I'm not), but you do have to be very conscientious about taking care of yourself. No Cheetos or Hostess cupcakes in my cabinets :-D More like chia seeds and coconut butter (very healthful).Also, f-o-o-t-b-a-l-l is blecky, hehe. So please don't be a lover/watcher of s-p-o-r-t-s, and big points if you rarely watch TV at all (I do love to watch comedy...SNL, Seinfeld, etc). I love nature and animals, love hiking...living in the country. I'm very creative, enjoy writing and doing just about anything with color--painting, collage, interior design, web design, etc. Art, I love art. My ideal guy would be very creative, writer, artist, loves to read, honest, very intelligent, great sense of humor, open-minded, non-conformist, compassionate, very interested in things like permaculture and solar power...organic gardening and all that :-)Hmm, what else about me. I can be intense, love to conversate--and I think I'm very funny. Non-religious spiritual, and would require the same in a partner. I'm a Libra, we make the best partners--loving, compassionate, sexy, sweet...we create beautiful, comfy homes. Very affectionate with those we love. I enjoy a wide variety of music--old rock, new country, and a little of this, little of that (pretty much anything but rap). Strong interest in metaphysics (if you don't know what that means, you're probably not the one for me, ha, it means I love things like astrology and TAROT cards, and joo-joo beans, lol...just kidding on that one, I have no idea what joo-joo beans are, lol), nonconformity, the law, human rights--especially women's and children's rights, and taking care of our planet.Under the heading of "goals and aspirations" would be freedom and self-sufficiency. I wanna live in the country, ideally very secluded, organic garden, and "off the grid" as much as possible and still be comfortable--solar power and all. I love the peace and quiet, the sweet sounds of the woods, a concert of birds on a beautiful spring morning...a deep black sky all sparkling with stars on a perfect summer evening... Well, first dates are tricky. Either ya' click or you don't. And it you don't, it's not fun. So a first date is best planned to be short-n-sweet. Maybe a coffee shop or similar. More lengthy dates that I'd enjoy would be hiking, a walk/picnic in the park, dinner at an organic healthfood restaurant, horseback riding...rent a movie and cozy it up at home by the fireplace :-)
