There's nothing like shouting together at the referee for a bad call during the last 10 secs of a football game or screaming outloud when there's a turnover in our team's favor! Now..bring on the food! With a focus on seeing all the possibilities and abundance, life is about living and having fun! And to round out the moment, after we've filled our bellies, the DJ begins and I put my hand out as the music surrounds us and maybe there are people; but it feels like it's just us, backing into each other, flirting and sharing a chase on the dance floor to lure and entice at least until the dessert tray is rolled past us ;P I believe a woman has a unique opportunity in a relationship to love and serve her man, nurture her family, be the spiritual consciousness of the family and be strong, independent, and fulfilled in life. Men have a unique opportunity in a relationship to be the spiritual leader in a family. It takes a real man and a real woman to come together and not shrink away from the gifts available in a relationship. Where two people come together whole and complete with their relationship in Christ primary, the result is powerful and unstoppable! Imagine having someone cheering for you to win big every single day, laughing so often it makes you breathe deeper than you have in a long time and knowing without a doubt you've got someone that believes you are meant to soar! Not to mention someone who'll win every single time in a pillow fight! That right there is a promise! A unique part of what makes me happy is shoes! The taller the heel the closer to God!~ And I'm particularly attentive...the shinier the man's shoes the better...I'm equally comfortable and attracted in and to bare feet and ratty hiking shoes! I am a philanthropist at heart and enjoy volunteering my time. Dancing is my therapy! I am a single mother of 2 young children (6 and 8) who loves sports. Being an active part of my children's school, I serve on the school council, PTA and am a Girl Scout leader with the inside track on Girl Scout cookies. I have a close circle of friends. I meet people easily. Loyalty is a key value in my life. I hold a professional job that provides for me and my family. I am competitive, a speed reader and am pretty good at darts! My faith is the foundation of my life and I spend my time on becoming the best me possible. Mine is a drama free life and what you see is what you get! First dates are like test driving a car! You just never know how the steering will work, or how tight the clutch is...you're not familiar with where any of the buttons are that operate anything, for sure you've no idea how to adjust the mirror for a different view so it's a chance to show up and be real without any prejudice and with an open mind. Hi! Did my headline freak you out??!! I'm serious! I'm not going to write about all my wonderful qualities (that will be revealed if we move forward, ha ha!) I am serious about wanting to be a couple and live together (when the time is right, of course). I have plenty of room, I'm not looking for someone to take me in!! I just miss being in love and having a husband (or significant other). I'm a one on one gal, and do not care to date around...or have more than one man in my life. If this is you, continue reading...... thanks. Moving on......Yes, we should hit it off as friends first.....but my heart aches for love again too. Don't be scared, I'm not gonna tell u I'm in love and get all weird on you! It has to be a 2-way thing. I mean, if it's meant to be between 2 ppl, I'm ok with that. It's been 3 or more yrs since I've been with anyone (MY CHOICE). I took out time for myself. I am sooooooo ready for male companionship/friendship (I miss the bond & much more), a relationship/the whole package too---if it should develop. I am a Christian/spiritual lady, and prefer a Christian/spiritual man. I've had 4 knee replacements, but I get around really well, thank God. The only thing I cannot do is kneel for more than a minute of so. I am on disability since Jan of this year( due to knee's). I'll explain more if we move forward. I am considering going to work part time or so....to give it a shot. I need to get a couple of other things addressed first though. I live alone, have my own car, pay my own bills etc.... Please, I would appreciate if YOU had the same :) I am low maintenance, don't have or need expensive things/toys etc... but of course I wouldn't refuse the finer things!! Been there, done that....and money does NOT make ME happy!!! I live a simple life, blue collar worker my whole life. Back to the cleanliness part.... Ex: I was raised to take my shoes off when entering my home or someone else's. Yes, my car is dusty & needs vacuumed etc.... so NO, I'm NOT a neat freak! I just have manners & prefer a cleaner environment :) I miss the bond a man and woman share--we are so OPPOSITE, it's actually fun! ha. I miss looking out for one another, love to "get away" for a day or 3,4 or 5!, I can do most things---just remember my knee's give me fits sometimes. I miss waking up next to the one I love. Communication is extremely important. You shouldn't be sorry if we meet, unless your expectations are way off the charts! U need to go on The Bachelorette for that! I'm not a barbie...but I take care of myself and working on getting in shape (need to tone-up badly) medical things have held me back for a few years-but I'm making progress. :) With a loyal & kind gentleman's help....this process could speed up tremendously! :) I will explain-it's clean, no smut! Enough for now. We can get better acquainted if this works. OK? Thanks for reading..... I'm harmless, really. Just a 51 year old who never thought I'd be alone at this age 40 yrs ago! I am ready for my "new" family ...to blend ours together, and/or create our "own" as well---just "us" or pets too! :) Thanks, and please be honest. Game players.....move on. I have a heart and it's full of love (hint: I'm a very good judge of character--although I do NOT judge, but I trust my ***%) If I get a strong feeling that you are "fake", u will know--because I'll tell you nicely. Maybe.... we will find one another, yes....even on POF! I'm keeping the faith.
