About Me

I am a Christian woman who lives a peaceful life and loves lifes simple pleasures. I enjoy all types of music but especialy classic rock. I am generaly a quiet person with a goofy side. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with my 3 teens and their friends but I need some adult companionship too. Im a very independant, resourcefull, self-suffcient person, but that can be a bit lonely at times. i would like to meet a kind, caring man who has a deep spiritual side also. I am semi-retired, work at a local homeless shelter volunteering there as Volunteer Coordinator ,I find this both challenging and rewarding! In my spare time I like to read and watch movies. I love to go walking or bike riding along the river and parks bikeways, snowy walks thru the woods, soaking up the rays anywhere near water, meandering around flea markets and estate auctions. Im looking for a close friend (with options NOT benefits!) to share with. I prefer to take all relationships slowly to allow time to discover each other, everyone has multiple facets to their personalities. I have a very adventurous side also, but it takes the right person to bring it out! I am extremely family oriented but definately not blind to their faults! With teens you have to keep a good , and a little warped sense of humor! I am a very happy person who has unpacked and thrown out old, useless baggage and have absolutely zero tolerance for bitter, resentful, angry people!     Hi!!! Do you like to laugh and smile? I know that I do, and I'm looking for someone who would like to join me in doing so. Life is way to short to sit around and be bored.     I am divorced and ready to start meeting new people. I am very happy with my life right now but realize it's changing and even though change is scary - I will embrace what comes next for me!
