I am a busy professional with an active family life. All my kids are grown, except one and he's a few months away. I have a beautiful granddaughter and a baby grandson with another one on the way. I recently made some major life changes and would like to find a special someone to share the journey...marriage is not necessary. By that, I mean that I am enjoying my independence but still want someone in my life to share special moments and experiences. Someone who understands that kids come first and who also has their own priorities. I am an independent, honest, goal-oriented, person who enjoys my family and all that life has to offer and looking for the same. I love live music (more of a classic rock girl but enjoys many types), dinner, movies and dancing or even a quiet evening on the couch. I also love to travel and enjoy ethnic foods. I'm open to trying new things and new places. I am a good conversationalist and want someone who is current, openminded, but not overly judgemental and opinated, who can entertain other viewpoints and while may not agree, can accept to disagree. Although I'm recently divorced, I'm at a happy point in my life and look forward to the future. Oh, and I have dog, one I'm sure to "inherit" when my son ships off.
