About Me

Hello......I’m back here again after taking a 2 year break.About me…I live with my 15 year old son and a big hairy golden retriever. That is almost my entire family but I am thankful everyday that I was blessed with them. I am an Accountant and have my own business – have a nice home with a pool and hot tub and lots of great friends. I am pretty social, but now, it is a bit lonely….I love the beach/ocean (who doesn’t ???), sitting on the deck listening to Frank Sinatra or Jimmy Buffet with a glass of wine, summer, animals & nature. I really don’t do well in cold weather. In fact, my electric blanket and down comforter are the only things that save me.I'm back at the gym again after an extended break. Loved running before but my knee had other ideas. I hope to work back up to running a 5K again. We shall see.....I don’t really love watching sports on TV but will snuggle down and watch hockey and football (until I fall asleep :-) No Nascar, Harleys or hunting for me. I prefer soft beds to camping. I also have a great fear of bugs – with a special loathing for stinkbugs….I am an intelligent woman with a wicked sense of humor. Sarcastic and love to laugh - especially at myself. I value kindness above most other attributes.What is my ideal man? No easy answer but here are some of my thoughts... I think intelligence, humor, self-confidence and chivalry are sexy traits for a man to have. I’m looking for that connection – passion - a strong man who knows what he wants and where he is going – or at least is on the right path there.Most of all, I want to feel safe. I loved being married and having a family. It is my dream to have that again with the right person.
