Hi! What is there to say about myself? I am an honest person and think that is very important. People tell me I look young for my age. But age is just a number, right? I love to cook, but I also enjoy going out for a burger or fine dining. I like most kinds of food. I'm not afraid to say I'm not a big fan of sushi. Sorry I like my seafood cooked. Love a glass of wine or a cold beer. I just purchased a house and I am currently doing a lot of work on it. With the help of my sister and a friend I just refinished floors! Still have painting and some landscaping and unpacking and... My daughter is the most important person in my life. She's with me most of the time and I enjoy life with a teen (doesn't everyone? LOL). I have to learn to relax. I have always said I like spring and fall the best, but I do like summer ( just not tooo hot) and I like winter with just the right amount of snow. I love cats and dogs...and fish and horses and sheep and ...I.guess you get the picture. I like animals... I love all kinds of music,even some rap...just not street rap crap.. I love seeing live music,plays,shows etc. I like to run/jog...especially in the cooler weather. It's one of my favorite time to listen to music, I can' t run without the ipod. I like movies-Comedies,action,mystery...I'm a girl, of course I like romance too! In the theatre or at home...the movies that is. Pass the popcorn. I'm sure I'll have more to add to my profile later and hope you will tune in again later. Okay guys what's with the selfie photos in the bathroom and the fish?? Personally, it's not terribly appealing. Also a side note, I will expect to hear your voice at some point in time. Hope you understand:) First date would probably consist of a quick meet, a cup of coffee or a drink or ice cream and some conversation. Come on, what do you really find out from profiles?     I enjoy spending time with my kids and watching them compete in their sports. Baseball is very big with my boys who are 16 and 18 yrs old, and it consumes most of my Spring and Summer. I follow them to as many of their local and away games as I can. I also enjoy hanging with my family and friends just to visit, laugh and/or goof around. I come from a family of 6 kids, so I am never without a place to visit, nor a sibling to laugh with. If you haven't already identified the theme here, it is that I whole heartedly appreciate a good laugh! I LOVE smart, witty banter between two people. I also enjoy being goofy when the time presents itself. Making people laugh is an art form I feel, and a true gift. I feel I have a good sense of humor. At least that is what I have been told, and I know I sure do laugh alot! Being a single mom, however, for the last 15 years has also given me the opportunity to express a more serious side. Knowing how to listen can gain you a wealth of knowledge as a parent. So, believe me, I try to listen just as much as I talk.I have found that it is important to say that my degree is in Psychology. I tend to think a bit differently than most. When I first meet someone, I tend to ask a lot of questions. I don't mean to be nosey or rude. It's just how my brain works. (It's like putting a puzzle together for some.) That's probably why I am good at my job, because I truly want to get to know a person, the real them. Please don't let this scare you off. After I do get to know someone, I will relax. I then tend to have a silly or sometimes naughty sense of humor. I probably should put on here what it is I'm attracted to. I love a beautiful smile, one that takes my breath away. I like an intelligent man who can hold an intelligent conversation and also make me laugh. As I said before, I LOVE smart, witty banter. It's a real turn on! Honesty and integrity are a must. As most on here have stated, we have a certain "type" that we are attracted to. Even though I am a curvy girl, I tend to be attracted to an average to athletic man. (It's just how my brain is wired.) I accept that I will not be every man's heart's desire. Once I have found that person, I will be very touchy-feely. I like showing affection. (This is the part my sons would put their hands over their ears. lol!)
