Faith, family, & fitness are the three most important things to me. I just recently lost 50 lbs. I spend anywhere from ***days a week in the gym. I love country music, and getting lost down the back country roads. I just recently was blessed with the most precious puppy! (My little Harlee girl!) I'm not your average girl. Sure I like getting all dolled up and going out, but I love wearing my sweatpants, and having a lazy day. Laughs at all of my "not" so funny jokes, even if I think they are hilarious. I'm not the type of girl who likes to have her ass kissed. When I'm wrong tell me I'm wrong, you don't have to be rude about it but you can set me straight. I will respect you more that way. I also want someone who understands I need girl time, just like the boys need boy time. I don't want someone who is attached to my hip ***. I want to be able to to my thing, and you do yours. Just because I "want" all of the above, that doesn't qualify me as looking for it. I would like to date, and get to know someone. If a relationship develops then that's great, if not I just made a new friend. No dinner and movie, that's the most original and "boring" thing. I like doing something where we can get to know each other that allows us to be adventurous.

Martial arts is a major part of my life. I have been practicing it since I was six years old and I'm a third degree black belt. I used to compete full time, but I have recently gotten a new job/graduated from college and have had to cut back this past year. I am really competitive so I hope you are up for the challenge! I really love children and can't wait to see what I will be doing in the future, but for now I am a behavior specialist for the deaf and hard of hearing/DSP at the biggest company in the state for people with developmental disabilities. I graduated from URI with a double major in Writing and Elementary Edu and plan to go back and get my Masters in Communicative Disorders. I love to learn new things and can't wait to learn sign languge (or START to learn it) this fall!I come from a big, close family and look for that in a guy. I'm a genuinely good girl looking for a good guy, which truly is hard to find. I'm not afraid to say I talk a lot---let's be honest I'm Italian! I'm not like most girls, and that isn't a bad thing ;) I have high standards and am hoping that will pay off in the long run. I like guys who are intellectual and if you can hold a conversation with me and can make me laugh, I'm your girl...bonus points if you can cook ;) I do like athletic guys and I am a sucker for those Italians!
