Hey there, I'm Lizzy! I'm kinda new to the dating scene, but I'd rather stay out of the bars and clubs due to not believing in finding a true connection while slurring speech patterns and sloshed drinks are ensuing. I am currently in school, and I graduate in December, of which I am very pleased with, as I'm sure anyone can imagine. I already have a job lined up for when I finish school, and that in and of itself is a huge relief off my back. I am to be hired out to my job, I'll work for them for at least a year, maybe two, and then go back to school while I'm working, and become an EMT. My original goal was to become an EMT first, but the classes filled up too fast, so now I'm on the waiting list! But all good things come in time.I really enjoy knitting in my spare time, I used to sell scarves and hats that I made on Etsy, but due to school, I just haven't had the time to put into it like I used to. I make all of my scarves and hats extra big, because that's one thing I've always had a problem with with store-bought winter apparel is that they're so short! I want to wrap it like 6 times around my face before I'm happy!I also do A LOT of cooking and baking. I was determined to copy my grandmas' cooking when I was younger because I wanted to be just like her, and thankfully it's a skill that will never die out!I try to keep myself in shape, I am a previous patient of Gastric Bypass and have lost over ***lbs. So you can probably guess why I try to keep it off! Which is hard considering my joy of cooking, but healthy cooking doesn't always mean it's gross cooking as I've come to (slowly) find out. But also due to my schooling, I have to have a regular work out routine so that my PT/DT classes don't absolutely kill me, so if you're into working out here and there, I'd really like to have a sweat buddy!My ideal is someone who talks a lot. I really love listening, putting input where/when needed, and helping where I can. I'm not a horribly chatty person, and I'm really more of a listener, so my number one criteria is Chatty Kathy's! I absolutely love that! I love to laugh, so if you have a wonderful sense of humor and can tease and play with me, then you might just have your hands full, because I'll probably fall for it hook line and sinker.All in all, I'm really not all that and a bag of chips. I'm just like anyone else trying to get by. I want a good job so I can afford to live like a decent human being, good insurance in case anything bad happens, and someone to love and care for me very much like I want to love and care for them. I'm not perfect, but it would be very very boring if I was. I would really like to get to know the person I'm dating, so things like a movie is sort of hard to talk around. I'd like to do an activity together or just go out for a walk, the weather is starting to turn cool, so it's an excellent time of year for a hike!
