About Me

I am a single mom working full time to support my two kids. I don't have much time for dating because my children and my job takes up a lot of my time, and a friend suggested internet dating so I figured I would give it a shot. Since I have two kids, I want to find someone to be with long term, because I don't want to bring my kids around a bunch of different guys. Overall I'm a pretty laid back person. Sometimes when people first meet me they think that I'm mean or stuck-up, but really I'm just shy. Once I get to know you I'm a lot more talkative. I think that I am a pretty easy person to get along with and am usually up for anything. I was stuck in a bad relationship for almost 5 years and now that I'm single I'm just looking for a nice guy that's going to treat me right, I don't want to settle for anything less than what I think I deserve.p.s. if you message me on here and the subject is "hi" and all the message says is "whats up" or "ur hott," I'm probably not going to reply... if I messaged everybody back that messages me on here I would be sitting here forever. I don't have any specific idea of a perfect first date. I think that whether or not a first date is good depends on who I'm on the date with.     Hey, I am a pretty out going girl who loves to socialize/meet new people. I absolutly love going out and doing karaoke while having a couple drinks. I am kind of a closet nerd and it definitly comes out when I am out with my weird close-knit group of friends. Now, while going out is fun, I also enjoy just spending time at home watching movies or whatever. I believe a healthy balance between both social and home life is key to preserving your sanity. I like to believe that I am pretty good photographer but I've kind of let it fall by the way-side. Honestly, for a first date I'm just looking for something cliche and/or normal. Dinner and a movie, going out for drinks or something of the like... nothing fancy or anything. I am a romantic however and a sucker for flowers.
