I love to workout, and eat healthy. I don't eat fast food, or processed food. I drink raw milk. I am very old school. I probably should of been born in the 20's or 30's. I own a farm market, so I work crazy hours. I'm up at 4 am just about everyday to hit the gym and then tend to my market. I love red wine, in fact its very good for you.
