I grew up in the city, went to college on the West Coast, lived in the suburbs when my kids were young, and then moved back to the city in ***. My son is in college and my daughter is in high school.Exercise is a must for my physical and mental health. It is an outlet for stress, keeps my energy level up, and I get to move to the music.
