About Me

It's hard to describe yourself and maintain any semblance of modesty, so forgive me. My friend's wives call me "a catch" and are constantly trying to set me up, so I thought I'd take matters into my own hands and try this. I enjoy: creating and viewing art, playing the guitar and piano, keeping fit, and scuba diving. I could keep going, but it would be better to leave something to talk about when we meet. lol I am often told I don't look my age. While I'm sure genetics are partially responsible,I've come to believe that it is because I haven't been beaten down by life. We've all been through the ringer at some point and have earned the wrinkles we wear. It's how we wear them that matters. Everyone gets tired, but if tired defines you, we probably aren't a match. The little boy in the picture with me is my son. I have three daughters as well. Two of them are off in college. I share custody of the minors with their mother and love them beyond words. I could say they have a mom already, but the truth is that whomever I fall in love with and marry won't be a step-stranger, but a step-mom. If all does well after dinner a stop at a coffee shop to talk some more, just talk cause I don't drink coffee, so conversation is important to me on the first date, and a sense of humor is important to me a woman who can make me smile and I her.
