About Me

Have you noticed how the best things are always harder to get to, the greatest little bistro will be hidden down a side street while brash chain eateries are next to each other on the high-street? Or how the popular books are in the window display, while the intriguing and more unique stories are on the shelf inside the store and waiting for you to find it?You will love me for my strengths and accept my humanity. I'm not looking to change you, rather walk alongside you. As a big believer in the power of holding and keeping a good, positive mental attitude I am excited about life every day. No time to be bored. Lots of great adventures.A work colleague describes me as being Romantic and Gentle, while her colleague calls me Professor. They are two very different women but each 'gets' a different part of my character. I consider myself to be tactile, thoughtful and loving. Passionate - Yes. Loyal - Absolutely.Great films will excite me, make me cry with laughter or have me in tears, but they always arouse my passion and stimulate a good discussion! What have you watched recently that pushed your emotional buttons? Books have always been important to me since I was a boy, sitting in class with my head stuck in a good story so much that I didn't hear the lesson sometimes! You can't see my etchings (I can't even draw for toffee), but you are welcome to tell me what you're reading right now! Do you need to clean-off your boots maybe? Kinky boots or walking boots? Both good for me!Making a friendship and enjoying a good date is why I am here, so tell me about the type of place to meet and why. I think a nice coffee in a great venue is a good and easy ice-breaker. Maybe a spot of lunch. Then we can always wander along a high street and pop into a few shops together. If you have a nice pair of boots (!), how about a slow lake walk combined with a pub lunch? Or sandwiches and a flask of coffee of a footpath?Or do you prefer something in town first? Art gallery, museum, Plenty of good comedy clubs and wine bars where we get to see what we think of as funny! I am sure we can discuss over some ***'s the main thing, if you like my profile get in touch!
