I love fitness, being active, & am adventurous. I love life to the fullest & no matter what, my days are always sunny. Being involved in the fitness industry for 27 years, I love working with adults, athletes, & young children in helping them to find their passion of movement. I am a Father, Strength Coach/Trainer, athlete, head coach( College Volleyball ), & a passionate man. I love most types of music with classic rock a favorite & jazz a close second. I play the drums & have played everything from classical to rock.I'm old fashioned lover that opens doors, holds a chair, offers my arm, enjoys holding hands & quality time together. Words mean a lot, although actions speak louder than words....!!! My better half comes first, whether it's listening, hugging for support, a slow sensual kiss, or a massage to relax & unwind.Physical attraction is a must......ahem... inner beauty is lasting. We were all born with these bodies that we work hard to take care of & keep our quality of life....but....our moral convictions, beliefs, inner beauty, personality will be fine tuned with age. Eyes tell a story...!!! & eye contact can say yes or no or maybe without whispering a word...! ; ) First Date....after initial meeting......hmmmm a nice walk in the mountains to get to know each other a little more, if it feels right holding hands, a light lunch or maybe a picnic, then any activity outside( biking, boating, skiing, fishing, volleyball, etc). Whatever my date would like to do. Freshen up & enjoy a nutritious dinner out while gazing into each others eyes talking & laughing about the fun we shared that day, then after dinner, an intimate walk under the moon....................
