A little bit about me… First and foremost, I have two children that keep me very busy but would not want it any other way. They are my pride and joy. I'm not a party animal but I do like a drink every now and then. I’m very flexible and not demanding. I value other people’s opinions greatly. I believe that God gives everyone a brain for a reason. I also know some of my limits… like decorating and cleaning. I can do them, just not very well. I’m a jack of all trades and willing to help whenever I can. I'm basically the quiet and honest guy that takes some time to get to know.I would like to meet someone to settle down and grow old with. No drama here, I lead a peaceful life. A bit (or a lot) of humor applied liberally through the day makes things go easier. I work some long days taking care of folks at a doctor's office, and making people's lives even a little better means a lot to me. I see a lot of movies, new and old. I read quite a bit; got addicted to audiobooks when I was on the road a lot for work. History, biography, science fiction, just about anything that catches my eye. The library and I see a lot of each other. After seeing an episode of Gene Simmon's Family Jewels, I had my cable disconnected. I like old houses and the people who work hard to take care of them. If you enjoy keeping one alive, you may be the one for me.I live with cats-to say I own them would be misjudging our relationship. I started college in engineering and finished in photography, which led to medicine (it's an epic story). My favorite vacations have been by train-you can enjoy the peace and quiet and meet different folks from all over the world. I catch the occasional concert, especially rock and blues.
