About Me

I'm a very active person. I love to be outside..my favorite activity being bicycling. I also like to golf, bowl and play cards, although I'm not very good at any of them. I try to make it to Purdue at least once a year for a full day of football & tailgating. I really like to travel, preferably to a warm location that I can enjoy being outside. I've never been on a cruise or to a Carribean Island, but have always wanted to.I also enjoy spending time with my 3 grand daughters (5, 3 & 1. We go to the park, the pool, Chucky Cheese,Monkey Joe's, Kings Island...I always try to keep it fun and active when I have them. The best words to describe me are: honest, kind, loyal, dedicated, caring, passionate and forgiving. I think I have a great sense of humor. I try not to take myself too seriously, but I'm very responsible with my money, my job and my relationships. I want to be with someone who is strong, independent and takes care of herself both physically and mentally. I try to be sponataneous, if an opportunity for fun comes along I try to find a way to participate.As far as entertainment, I enjoy a little TV (Modern Family & Parenthood). I still miss Thursday night "Must See TV" on NBC with Seinfeld, Friends and ER. Going to the movies has always been something I enjoyed, but I haven't been much since being single...except kid shows with grand daughters. I like most music including Classic Rock, '80's R&B and some of the newer artists like the Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay, Train, Pink and Lady Antebellum.My life is full of activity, but is missing a companion to share it all with. I've been divorced for over 2 years now, but just realized in the past few months how much I miss having that special someone in my life. I'm looking for someone to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor activities I like. Also someone who would enjoy doing things with me and my grand daughters. But most of all someone to be my companion and best friend. I'm sure that someone is out there, I just haven't found her yet. I'm up for anything that you're comfortable with. Coffee, dinner, drinks or fun in the sun. Just need a chance to get to know each other.

    Peaceful and relaxed, quiet but adventurous, always open to see whats just around the bend. My friends and family have described me to others as chilled. I really do take what each day gives me and try to create something memorable and magnificent, some days just work out better than others. :-} I really enjoy walking and exploring new places, please let me emphasize " I really enjoy walking" I point this out because it was a point of some mild contention on a walk I recently took with some friends. I believe the words "Frank your killing us" were used on one occasion, but seriously I do know how to open a car door or catch a bus or train so there is no reason to panic. I know that the resources we have available today globally really could provide the basic needs of every person on this planet if they were managed properly and the greed of corporations were removed, but I digress. When I'm not in class I make my way with a very small Social Media Marketing company. I really enjoy what I do and it allows me the opportunity to meet new people on an almost daily basis and gives me the time to solidify the relations I've already made. I enjoy all types of music and I know that you may see that cliche in every profile but I honestly do. From Rage Against The Machine, to Patsy Cline and I really have no format preference. I like to dance when I have the opportunity and fishing is always a good time to be had. If any of this has sparked your interest just drop me a line, pardon the pun.
