Strangely enough, that rather short profile had me pondering the type of person that may have been the author of that profile. Mainstream is somewhat boring, borderline predictable, and plastic. There are people in the world today that would like to change the world, for the better. These people may be termed as misfits, heretics, outcasts, evil, the-list-goes-on, by other people who are quite comfortable in their nice cozy, material world they live in. Those people are often out of touch with themselves, and although they serve a purpose on this earth at this time, I will leave them to their reality. I am looking for someone who enjoys living in the fringes of society, someone who has something to offer others, without any compensation for their deeds. I have no interest in marriage, as I feel that *** best left to other people to experience. I have witnessed it and have come to the conclusion that there is something better out there. Most of what I have seen in more lasting relationships are mutual consent, an option to leave at any time, or a desire to be with each other with no formal binding. I believe I have found such way of life that can encompass all three of the above points. I am sure there is a technical definition for that(and I will read up on it) and it prompted me to add to my profile that I am an introvert, mostly. I am prompted to do more research on introverts. For those who are unaware, introverts prefer to recharge themselves *by themselves* and extroverts recharge their batteries amongst multiple people. I can be out in crowded areas, and usually keep to myself and people-watch. Even if I know the 50 people in front of me, I feel no need to socialize with all of them, all the time. This act would drain me and possibly leave me a bit cranky....lol. I have messaged that person who's profile I read and thanked her. The "Chat" functionality on this site fails to work effortlessly on my computer and have no ambition to attempt to fix it. Been there, done that ;-) The first date will be the second time I have seen you and we have discussed a place for a second meeting. My first inclination would be coffee at a local coffeeshop. I am always open to alternate locations to meet. OR, go on an experimental date where both people go to a meeting place but they are not allowed to talk to one another and they get to watch one another from a far just to see what the other one is like.
