I've been on here before with no great success. So I will be blundt cause I am old enough to know who and what I am looking for.Fitness is important to me. If you don't keep fit I am not interested.That ddoesn't mean you don't drink or that you eat like a rabbit only that you exercise regularly.Please be goal driven. I am currently active in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have done Martial arts for 30 years. I also do weight lifting and cardio. I was a professional fighter in the late 80s.
