The initial burst of energy after a quiet spell away from here has settled into a more realistic expectation of success via meetville...ever the optimist though!Taken up yoga and meditation recently and enjoying them both. I'm healthy, active and also a big thinker...enjoying open conversations, rather than just exchanging facts. I'm interested in your opinion, and looking at things from a different perspective...with laughter important too. I am a keen runner but realise it's not for everyone - that's absolutely fine.
