I like to keep fit and weight train in the week. I do compete at bodybuilding and had some photo's on here but meetville deleted them off because i was showing too much flesh :-(My son who's 12 lives in Staffordshire so i only get to see him at weekends, i also like to go out in the summer on my motorbike.
