I live a very healthy life style, figured I was only born with one body might as well try and take care of it while I can. I cook daily and also enjoy dinning out. I am not a big drinker, kind of counter productive to a healthy live style but I do enjoy a glass of red wine from time to time. Love to laugh and have a great sense of humor. For those of you who are actually reading my profile, I am very honest and up front if you ask me a question you will get a direct answer, so if you don't want the truth then don't ask. I spend a lot of time in the gym, some would say too much, but I am what I am. I workout hard not only for the physical aspect but the mental one as well. It is important to me that I meet someone who makes staying fit one of their priorities, not saying its the most important thing to them but takes pride in their appearance.
